BIG SCAMMERS
Review over OK Rent A CarOkMobility - as you can read in many reviews they scam their customer very badly. Unfortunately, we only saw these reviews after using their services. They charged us 500euro for not returning the car in the right city. We have made the reservation online with Acer cars and there the payment and all the information is correct. The office in Porto tricked us and although they knew 100% about the different locations, they tricked us into signing another agreement where we later saw that the location was changed on purpose. They have smart tricks to not be able to see it right away and do not let yourself fooled - I always read these contracts but the employee there had perfect skills to make us overlook the drop out location. A week after we returned from our holiday and we cannot get our money back. They only have one phone number that works and they keep telling us to send an email to customer service. I guess we will not get the money refunded.

Review over OK Rent A CarWe rented online with pickup at Porto and dropoff at Lisbon.
Reservation we received by e-mail clearly states these locations. When we picked up the car, we told the employee about the plans we have, that we will drive from Porto to Lisbon, drop the car there and fly back.... We drop off the car at Lisbon, again an employee picks up the keys... nothing said. And 2 days after coming home there is a 450 Eur charge for dropping the car at a "wrong" location. Turns out in their contract they made the return location Porto and not Lisbon. Should I have checked that when signing? Yes. But... I mean, there were 2 points where one of their employees should have said something to us as they both knew. First one directed us to other parts of the form, and the 2nd silently took the keys without mentioning that according to the contract we are in an incorrect location. Also, if the reservation states the locations, why are they different on the contract? Clearly they try to take advantage of you as much as possible... Check trustpilot for other reviews to get the picture, we should have done the same, but who knew... Soon you will be needing to read reviews for toothbrushes and bread if it continues like this
