Review over GoldcarWe rented a car at GOLDCAR Alicante from the 14th of November till the 27th of November. It was the fifth time we rented a car there mostly full insured. Each time we return the car we fill up the car completely FULL just before the airport which is only a few km’s from the airport. We leave always the fueling ticket in the car. On the 27th we returned the car on 7u19 am and the car was returned and checked in our presence and no remark was made. Suddenly we see an extra charge on our credit card of € 60 on the 28th of November indicating that we did not return the car FULL! We filed a complaint and the answer was in the email that we received: the car was not full, were missing few liters….I consider this a scam and a rip off! When we filled up the car the gas was in the end pouring out, so it was completely FULL.
