Review over GoldcarThe most rude person i’ve ever seen! We booked a car online, went for pick-up at 21u30 and had to wait in line. There was a problem with my card so I called my bank and fixed it. 5min later I was back in line, waited my turn and his colleague was free. She told me i need to go to the same person as befor. So I waited (again). The payment worked and he wanted to add €50 because it was after 22u.. i said to him that he knew i was already waiting for more than 30minutes but as rude as he was in the beginning he was now even worse. I’m sorry but from the beginning there was 0 service or even a little ‘hello smile’. I’ll NEVER EVER EVER EVER RENT HERE SOMETHING. I took a taxi to get to my destination.
