Very bad experience
Review over Do you SpainVery bad experience. Hired car June 2016 which was not delivered due to failed activation of credit card, which was handed over. In instructions it only said bring cc. Of course I would have liked that activation was correct, but could not solve this on a Sunday. Unwillingness of car hire company to fill in activated details of the same credit card. No cooperation of contact center, no alternatives of car hire company, no help, no problem solving afterwards. Lousy customer services who directed me to car hire company forward and back again. No car and restitution of advance payment.
