Goldcar Sucks
Review over GoldcarGoldcar, Thessaloniki Greece:
After 17 times trying to call within 2 hrs, no one answered..!! I wanted to let them know I would arrive few hrs later and after closing time.
Once arrived, no one was there. I went bsck to the airpoirt waiting for them to open in the morning. I waited there on the Shuttle bus, which was suppossed to come every 15 min. I calles 5 times after opening, no one answered.
I waited half an hour for the Shuttle bus, no one came. So I took a taxi. Once arrived they first lied about the shuttle being there every 15 min.
I did not get the car unless I paid another 300,- Eu. They refused to talk because I needed to call Ryanair reservation, instead of talking to them directly.. They were rude and impolite!
THIS FIRM AND PERSONELL SUCKS!
