Horrible Policy

Horrible policy, careful they will steal your money. I did not see the under-23 sign when renting one of their vehicles, I called to cancel and they won't give my money back because "it's policy". Companies that don't account for these types of human errors are not fit to be trusted by the public. It was 1h after the 48h cancel deadline and still no exception was made. It was going to be the second time that I was going to use their services and I'm never going to do it again. Just lost a customer over greed.
