Locauto are thieves and crooks
Review over LocautoSTAY AWAY FROM LOCAUTO!!!!
They are thieves, crooks and misleading criminals. They stole € 950,- from me.
I rented a car beginning from 3/09 till 11/09 2023 I returned the car on 11/09, filled it up, and everything was fine when they checked the Fiat 500. They wanted to return the deposit € 950,- on the spot, but something was wrong with the bank communication. The woman from Locauto told me they would transfer the money that same evening. I had to catch my plane, so I had to trust them.
The next day, no money!
I contacted Cynthia from Locauto and she told me the money transfer was going to happen that day.
Nothing happened for three weeks, Cynthia didn't respond anymore to any messages or phone calls from my side.
Eventually I hired a collection agency to fix this, no result.
Now I will hire a lawyer to get my €950,- back.
I won't give up, they're not getting away with this.
