Review over LocautoWe hired the car with a full cover insurance.
We had a little scratch from driving in the narrow streets. Scratch was about 5cm.
On returning the car, the agent said we had to pay on the spot for the damage.
After trying to explain that we had a full cover insurance, he did not understand us.
He kept asking me to sign for something i couldn't see.
Because we had to catch our plain, i eventually signed for the new damage.
Now i get an invoice for 800€ on my credit card.
Never again with this unfriendly car company!
