NOOIT meer met Goldcar
Review over GoldcarWe recently had a very bad experience with Goldcar airport office Fuerteventura. First of all, days before our rent we got emails that we could get a FULL insurance for 58€... arriving in Fuerteventura this was not true... we had to pay another 200€, my husbands (driver) his credit card was stolen 5 days before our holiday, we did not yet had a replacement card. They would not take mine (his wife) we had to switch drivers, another 60€ to pay. During our holiday we got a parking ticket in puerto rosario, there was a scan code on the ticket, I tried to scan so I could pay my fine. The website did not work, so I went to Goldcar office and requested what to do. The person in charge literly said NOT MY PROBLEM, we will charge you 75 €!!!! They were extremely rude at the office! My advice DO NOT RENT WITH GOLDCAR!, For me, never again!
