In December I have done my first ride with Mywheels (AND LAST!), I rented the car for 4 hours and everything was perfect. I am a client of Sixt and Share Now since years and I tried this service to change (was also little cheaper than Sixt and ShareNow), but it was a TOTAL DISASTER.
After my ride, I parked the car in Amsterdam, and I received an email that all was good. I had no idea that your car must be return in a specific place, because the APP IS NOT CLEAR about it.
The day after, one of the employees called me asking if I could take the car and bring it back to HER ZONE. Which was a big surprise for me, because with Sixt and Share Now you park the car everywhere in Amsterdam. I was in Barcelona, so I couldn’t anyway go to the car, kindly the employee said, since it was the first ride with Mywheels, that she would probably delete the fine of 100 euro. I repeat 100 euro.
Some days later, I received an invoice from Mywheels: the fine was not deleted, but raised to 220 euro!!!
I tried to contact again the customer service for 1 month, NO ONE REPLIED to my emails, and via phone they cannot deal with this matters...I must use their customer support form...so for one month I received just an automatic reply with the invoice, and at the last an intimation of payment or the file will be transferred to the collection agency.
Avoid them 100%, SIXT and ShareNow are absolutely at another level comparing to this miserable wheels.
