I have horrible experience with this rental company and they made my holiday experience so worst because they never mention any charges which might occur while you pick the car .. called 3 times to customer service and explained the problem which I am facing with car company .. They were not much helpful and they are only worried about their call review ..They asked to me cancel the booking and initiate enquiry which resulted big hole my pocket .. The worst of worst is their back office people which they want to collect money as much as possible .. Please Please stay away from this company
