Car Rental Scam

We have rent a car last month from Rentalcars booking , the official price with full insurance was 111,68 euro.
On the Firefly desk in Malaga they said that there will be no extra charges for the car, the desk person convinced us that this was the exact price.

After that week we have returned the car on a correct manner, no damages and the fuel was filled up.

Now we see that the company Firefly deducted an extra 250,83 euro from our account, this without any knowledge from our side.
I do not understand that this way of working is accepted by Rentalcars and I hope that Rentalcars does the necessary to stop this way of scamming.
I made already my complains but Firefly doesn't answer mails or phonecalls and Rentalcars points to Firefly, that we have to complain by them.
It is a real mess.
Several mails later Rentalcars want to deduct the insurance they have charged me ( 47 euro ) , but I told them that this is not the case, I want the extra 250 euro back that Firefly has charged me.
After this Rentalcars refers me to the small letters into the contract, the rental car companies can charge you " local charges" " manatory coverage" " extra taxes" etc....
I suggest people to rent a car directly from the car companies instead to rent is from a broker as Rentalcars.

Try to get your refund by your creditcard company because this looks like fraude. Most of the time you are insured by your creditcardcompany for these type of scam. Try within 3 months though.
Probeer via jouw creditcard maatschappij je geld terug te krijgen. Dit lijkt op fraude en daar ben je bij je creditcard meestal voor verzekerd. Doe het wel zsm binnen 3 maanden.
