Incompetence of the Oscar Crew
About the Oscar team - completely incompetence and ignorant.
After I request for the booking change so I can pick up the car nearby, they created the new reservation for me 8 minutes before they close that picking up point .
Ofcourse noone has informed me about that fact, after i came there for nothing, I tried to call them few times , sended few messages, requests for callback , it's like 4 days and still noone has contacted me, my money for 2x reservation and caution they took , also did not been refunded .
