I got a broken electric car. It didn't charge. I only discovered it after several attempts to charge it on different charging stations. Then I spent 30 mins on the phone just waiting for any employee to pick up the call, then another 15 minutes in talks with them. It turned out that I had to bring the car to the original location (despite I didn't have time for it). At the same time they were not going to offer another car in place of the broken one (what a nice service isn't it?), they suggested it to be my problem. Then the guy on the phone told me that they would call me back from the office to discuss a possible discount for the next time. And you know what? Nobody called me back but instead I got an invoice for those 3.5 hours that I spent on fixing their broken car (just to remind you that 45 mins of them is talking to their support). Never again MyWheels! Never again! Terrible attitude to clients! Disgusting service!
