Very ugly experience with Hertz. When I pick up the vehicle, there are already one damage on the fender flares, but the employee of Hertz trid to hide this case. The man has no patience for me to examine the vehicle and urged us to go because I am the last customer of that day. The damage was blame to me due to the carefuless of final checking of previous round. Hertz is not able to prove why they charge me a ridiculous high cost for repair and metioned few details on the bill. I am really suspect Hertz is keeping playing game with other foreign customer.
