Avoid this company!!!!
Avoid!!!!! Their business model is to tempt you with very attracive price and then load all kinds extras on top of that. Even worse, at the end they charge you for so called damages. We were asked to pay for the interior and exterior cleaning of the car. We were offered an extra full coverage insurance (on top of that that we booked via a broaker) that more than doubled the rental amount which we refused. We booked a Volkswagen Golf but they have given us a Kia which according to them was similar substitute. The car had 26 scratches (!!!!) on it when we received it and we were instructed to check them all as soon as we got out of the dark parking garage. All of them were so microsopic that we were not able to really confirm any of them. When we handed the car back, cleaner than we received, we received a message that unfortunately they did discover a new scratch on it. We used the car for 4 days, kept it in guarded parking garage with no other cars around it and are 100 % that we did not cause ANY damage to this vehicle. But there was no arguing, they charged our CC for over 250 euro within a day. We have rented cars all over Europe from different rental companies but have never met such mafia before.
