We hired a car from Milan from goldcar, we paid 2 deposits of 100 euro (200 in total) which we did not receive back upon returning the car in good condition with a full tank. I called their "helpline" on the 6th of August to resolve this, they recommend I email their help enter (email screenshots attached).

Further more we couldn't figure out how to pay tolls on some of the roads, so goldcar charged a further 35 euro to pass on our details to the road authority... Not even resolve to problem but just change a management fee because they can.

Very disappointed in this type of behaviour from a company. Would strongly advise to seek a more reputable one EVEN IF goldcar is priced cheaper on a booking website, they'll get their profit margins in the end....
