I recently had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Goldcar, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others about their unprofessional and unethical practices.During my rental period, I was accused of causing damage to the vehicle I had rented. However, I knew for certain that I had returned the car in the same condition as I received it. To support my claim, I had taken several videos as evidence, clearly showing the undamaged state of the vehicle before returning it.After presenting the videos to the company as proof of the car's condition, I expected a prompt response and a resolution to the issue. However, instead of addressing the matter professionally, they chose to remain silent and completely ignored my attempts to communicate with them. This lack of response left me feeling frustrated and ignored, and it further confirmed their disregard for customer satisfaction and basic ethical conduct.The lack of accountability and transparency displayed by Goldcar is simply unacceptable. As a customer, I expected to be treated fairly and respectfully, especially when providing clear evidence to support my case. Their complete silence and failure to rectify the situation has left me deeply dissatisfied and disillusioned.I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering renting from Goldcar. Their unprofessional behavior, failure to take responsibility, and lack of communication demonstrate a total disregard for customer satisfaction and basic business ethics.I sincerely hope that sharing my experience will help others avoid the frustration and disappointment I have endured.

We have to stop this company, the only way is to send more claims via Visa, Mastercard, ..
(send a copy (copy/paste) one every day, until they act!)

These kind of companies are discussed on Netflix in "Dirty Money".
Let's call them, DR&C (Dirty Rotten And Co)
unfortunately the amount of scam-companies is growing,
but Goldcar is trying to sell their cars for the amount of the weight in Gold.
AND they s**ew you when you are on vacation with your family with all your money and bags with you in a strange place!

This mafia "Business Model" is a model we see more and more, we need to send messages to Visa, Mastercard, ..
Since the payment-system-providers are responsible too, since they give the most important part of the scam, "the payment-system"!
So after 5 or 10 claims, they need to deactivate the payment system for the company until every victim in the claim is
happy again (read they have to pay a fine for trying to scam and lost profits/time on top of a total refund).
Visa can keep money from other payments to that company, to refund and for the fine of lost profits!

Let's make VISA (or the company you use) great again!
