We recieved the wrong directions by mail, to the shuttle bus, so we we called that we were at the airport but couldn't find the shuttle bus, so they told us by phone, when we found it we had to wait for an hour and a half before it was our turn. When we finally arrived at Del Psso we had to wait in line for another hour just to hear that our booking (whitch we already paid for including insurance) was cancelled because we were TO LATE! I told hreren we were late because of the wrong directions en the long lines, we were there but they coul't handle all the customers themselves! But the only way to get the car that we booked was to get another allrisk insurance for €147. So the car was ther, we already paid for it, but the only way to get it was to pay another € 147 only because we were to late by their fault.
