Worst experience ever!!

Worst experience ever!! Do not book your car here! after we already pay they ask us to pay €500 more because the creditcard did not have the full name (in Netherlands all credit cards have only the initials..). Because we told them we were not agree with paying €500 more and we told them our creditcard is valid and we are not agree with this policy, they did not want to give us the car. So we lost our money. Do not book a car over here! Really bad experience..
