Very very bad company, be aware!

Please be aware! Don’t book your rental car with this company or any other of broker company that will book with this company.

I never experienced such a bad service as this company. We had a delay during our flight to Spain. There was no possibility to contact Centauro by phone and inform them about the delay. When we arrived at the airport the pick-up service was not there as agreed and Centauro was already closed. We where forced to take a taxi to our hotel. The next morning I called Centauro to try to arrange the pick-up, a very rude employee told me the car was already rented to some other client. Now 2 weeks, 12 calls, a few emails and some chats later I found out that we will not get our money back because the booking was cancelled because we arrived to late at the airport.

So this company will transfer money from your account, will not deliver what you agree, is not easy to connect and will tell you in the end that you should’ve read the booking confirmation…

Please be aware all, this company is closed to a criminal organization!
