Second time I have rented a car from Centauro and on both occasions I have received really horrible service when picking up the car. Especially when talking about paying for insurance or not and asking for more detailed explanations on the policy, I have received aggressive and disrespectful comments from Centauro employees. I also had to go find the rental myself on the parking lot instead of them walking me to it and checking the car for damages together (now I had to go back twice to report damages myself before my actual rental time started). Definitely not a recommendable car rental, I advise to go somewhere else if you want to be treated with respect and dignity.
